Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Alaskan Airsoft Battlegrounds (“AAB”, “we”, “our”), including our website, kiosk, and arena facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 13 years of age for airsoft activities
  • Players under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver
  • All players must sign a valid waiver before participating

3. Safety Rules

All players must:

  • Wear approved eye and face protection at all times in the arena
  • Follow all FPS limits (350 FPS with .20g BBs for indoor play)
  • Attend the safety briefing before first play
  • Follow referee instructions at all times
  • Report any safety concerns immediately to staff

Violation of safety rules may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Bookings & Payments

  • All sessions are by appointment only
  • Full payment is required at time of booking for events and parties
  • See our Cancellation Policy for refund terms
  • Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings

5. Memberships

  • Memberships are billed monthly via Stripe
  • Credits do not roll over between billing periods
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Membership benefits cannot be transferred to other individuals

6. Equipment

  • Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition
  • Customers are responsible for damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear
  • Personal equipment must pass our safety inspection before use

7. Assumption of Risk

Airsoft and gel ball activities involve inherent risks of injury. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks as outlined in the waiver. AAB is not liable for injuries sustained during normal gameplay when safety rules are followed.

8. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any player who:

  • Engages in unsportsmanlike conduct
  • Violates safety rules
  • Is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
  • Harasses other players or staff

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alaska law, AAB's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska.

11. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
