- * Tactical 4 and Operator 8 credits are valid Wed–Sat (not Sundays)
- * Credits do NOT include gear - but you get 10% off rentals
- * Pro shop purchases and party bookings require separate payment
Membership FAQ
Can I use my credits on any day?
It depends on your tier. Sunday Pass credits are only valid on Sundays. Tactical 4 and Operator 8 credits are valid Wednesday through Saturday only.
What is "Bring a Buddy"?
Operator 8 members can bring one friend for a FREE 1-hour session once per billing period. The buddy must pay for equipment and ammo rentals if they don't bring their own gear. This is a bonus perk and doesn't use your credits!
Do credits include gear rental?
No, credits cover session fees only. However, all members receive 10% off gear rentals and pro shop purchases.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! Memberships can be cancelled anytime. Your credits remain available until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I don't use all my credits?
Credits do not roll over to the next month. They expire at the end of each billing cycle, so make sure to use them!
Can I upgrade my membership?
Absolutely! You can upgrade your membership tier at any time. Your credits will be adjusted for the new tier.
Can I use credits for party bookings?
Credits are for individual session bookings only. Party packages require separate payment.
