Event & Party Cancellation Refunds
All events and party bookings require full payment at the time of booking. Refunds are issued based on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
100% Refund
30+ Days
Cancel more than 30 days before your event for a full refund.
50% Refund
8-30 Days
Cancel between 8 and 30 days before your event for a 50% refund.
No Refund
7 Days or Less
Cancellations within 7 days of your event are non-refundable.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact us at info@alaskanairsoftbattlegrounds.com or call us during business hours. Include your booking confirmation number.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Convenience fees are non-refundable
Regular Session Bookings
Standard session bookings (non-event, non-party) can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your booking without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling
We offer free rescheduling up to 48 hours before your event, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation and new booking.
Weather & Emergencies
In the event of a facility closure due to weather or emergency, all affected bookings will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
